Minisoft Welcomes Back Jonathan Thornburg as QA Analyst

The minisoft team is delighted to welcome back Jonathan Thornburg as QA Analyst. Jonathan rejoined minisoft in July 2026, and few people know the company’s software as well as he does.
Jonathan first joined minisoft in 2007 as a support analyst, answering calls from law firms and troubleshooting their systems. Since then he has spent more than 15 years working on ARCS from both sides: in support, helping firms get the most from the software, and in quality assurance, where he rose to QA Supervisor and led the team that hunted down defects before they ever reached a client.
That history means Jonathan has worked with every generation of the product, from the original ARCS® to ARCS 2G® and ARCS3®. Now he will put that experience to work testing ARCS Meridian™, minisoft’s next-generation, browser-based ARCS.
“I love the ARCS software, and it’s my passion to improve and perfect it. I know every version of ARCS, from the original through ARCS 2G and ARCS3, and I’m looking forward to learning Meridian.”

Quality at the Heart of ARCS Meridian
Jonathan’s return comes as testing of ARCS Meridian picks up ahead of its general release. minisoft is investing in the people and processes that make its software dependable for the firms that rely on it, and bringing back one of its most experienced ARCS specialists is part of that.
In QA, Jonathan will help make sure every release of ARCS Meridian meets the standard minisoft’s clients expect. He brings years of first-hand insight into how law firms use the software every day.
“Jonathan is an ARCS guru, and we’re delighted to welcome him back to our QA team, working on our next-generation software, ARCS Meridian. His deep product knowledge and experience supporting our clients will be invaluable. Seeing so many talented people return to Minisoft speaks volumes about what we’re building and the future ahead.”
